Dear sponsor!

If you have received this document, it is because you are the most amazing service provider and human being.
This is a contract of sponsorship for the project. You will become one of the most important people for the community around us. You will be part of this brilliant project where your business services will directly or indirectly help SEND families and children and will transform the way we offer and receive support, which will benefit with great impact the service provider and the service user. We never can forget; we are both in this project, because everyone can provide and share ideas; creativity; professionalism; experience; services and everyone can receive them as well. How it will work and how will everyone benefit from it?

1) We have been talking for years about SEND support; early intervention; therapies; diagnoses; mental health; inclusion; inequality; neurodiversity; discrimination and so on. However, the system needs to be improved to achieve the goals we need.

2) You and your expertise will be the key for this change. You will have the opportunity to offer your services when, where and how you wish. You will follow the legal regulations in relation to the service in your country or to other countries where the project will be launched as well. It will be up to you. You control your business, and we advertise it for you with everyone else involved in the project.

3) Your business services are yours, so you control it and have the whole responsibility for it, in relation to legal regulations; taxes;
insurance; business payment income and expenses.

4) The objective is to offer all services that can help SEND families and their children. Many SEND families are isolated and  suffering with mental health issues because their children do not have any support and the waiting list is so long for any treatments. However, we have the services they need and we can be there for them.

5) The Wise Advice for Life project will advertise your business on social media where everyone will share it; your logo and your best contact link will be display on my website page: www.renatanoyce.com which was developed for this project and many people will have access to the special page created on the website for the project.

6) Some influencers are willing to support the project as well, helping us to promote it such as TV and radio station. A Brazilian radio station in London and Southampton and the ABA magazine are already signed to be project supporters. We are invited to go and give an interview with them and talk about the project and about each business involved.

7) Every 4 months, an eBook where every business involved will be displayed in this eBook (catalogue format), where you will describe your services with more details and we will share it to all Local Authorities; Parent Forums; Charities; and will contact schools to get their authorisations to display the eBook on the school board.

8) ABA magazine will give 50% discount to everyone who would like to advertise their business in more depth. This discount will be applied once confirmation and payment has been received for this project.

9) The project cannot function without financial support and to run a website and everything involved in the project behind the scenes there is a cost. So, for the first 3 months, the cost will be £20.00 per month, payable on the 1st day of the month. If the payment is not be paid on the exact day, there will be a charge of £5.00. No refund will be offered for this project. The monthly fee will be reviewed after 3 months.

10) Everyone who agrees to be a project sponsor will be advertising your own business and as a community everyone will win.
11) Every business regulation; incomes; taxes; expenses; insurance; law regulations; everything about your business is your responsibility. Our project is to advertise you and your business.

12) If you offer services directly to children; vulnerable people, please make sure you follow the legal regulations and have your DBS check up to date. As previously mentioned, this is not the responsibility of the project.

13) You may will be interested, I am offering mentoring sessions to improve people’s business in relation to Special Needs and to support and develop new ideas which may improve your business. There will be a small charge of £15.00 per session for the first 3 months for a 1-hour consultation.

14) We willing to have many sponsors around the UK, to achieve the project goal, which is to provide all services needed for SEND families in their areas. So, please include the area/region you mainly cover and the maximum distance you will be prepared to attend.

15) The project has a great plan to promote events in all areas of the UK and every sponsor will be welcome even if they do not live or cover the area. We can help you and your business by giving speeches, workshops, and promote your business. For example, if you are a hairdresser and offer to cut the hair of children with special needs you can do it, if you have experience; If you are a baker and during the event you would like to promote activities like making biscuits with children with special needs, if you follow the food regulations you definitely can. If you are therapist and would like to offer a session to people you can and
we can promote this. If you have a restaurant and you would like to promote one day/night for youths and adults with special needs we will help promote this for you. If you are in the project, the project will support you.

16) All the sponsors will be added in our Facebook page which will launch when the page is live. The intention is to get to know each other and refer people when we have the opportunity. For example: many of my client’s need all kind of services such solicitors; translators; hairdressers; therapists; a baker who makes cakes for children who have allergies or are food intolerant; doctors who may be able to assess children for a possible diagnosis.

17) The project already has a publisher interested to hear all about everyone involved and in a near future, there will be an opportunity for us to write our own stories as co-authors for the project book. The book will have an opportunity to launch in other countries where we will have the project and if you are a co-author you will be invited to where the project will be run.

18) The project is Our Project. This is my idea but nobody can change the world and our community by yourself. We need each other.

19) The next edition of the ABA magazine will be published in September 2023 and there will be 2 pages about the project and if you are a sponsor, you will be there. The magazine is a virtual magazine which will be written in English and Portuguese. The magazine was created by a business woman and they are an Artisans Association. They will be working side by side with the Wise Advice for Life Project to support us in our events.

20) The project does not have any intention to work against the government. We have the opposite intention. We would like to work
together offering everyone’s services with the best quality we can all possibly offer, with respect and dignity. If you have read and agreed, please sign, date and complete the contract form, thank you:

Do you work directly with children or vulnerable people? If yes, do you have a criminal record updated (DBS)?
